There are only 4-5 riders with 47+ or 190+ in SP in the whole database so it makes sense to try to buy them :)

I got relatively lucky with good potentials at the beginning (Avandeyev , Astafyev even if he maxed low ) and Greshnev.
Even Bondarchuk or Galkin (who left the team early ,but is in one of the best team in Div 1) were successes.
Later we got Dobrolyubov from our feature talent , and also solid riders like Siyanskikh / Vanzin (yet to be trained fully both of them) .

Quite a train, man. I have never bought a quality maxed rider from other teams yet, it seems too expensive for us, and the willingness of teams selling their riders is not that great in general, so really congrats on this deal, I regard that as a rare thing.
Nice sprinting team indeed ! the right age, so you should be collecting great results, good luck !
A great addition and a regular in the NT as well.
